How Bad Do You Want It?

I have stopped visiting the gym for a week now just to focus on my studies and get myself ready for final exam. Boy i can't describe how much i want to work out to build up those muscle.

Here's a joke that i once heard from a girl before. 

Girl : Chan are you gay?

Me : No! Why you asked like that?

Girl : I don't know la, because most of the guy that go gym is gay.

Get in shape! and be healthy.
